These are guitar input jacks. Mono's are for passive setup and stereo's are for active setups like those of using EMG pickups and acoustic guitars with active pre-amp using a 9 volt battery.
HOW TO IDENTIFY SWITCHCRAFT 1/4" PLUGS AND JACKS.
"Switchcraft" is printed on the inside of the input jacks. For the straight plugs it's inside the shank and outside the casing where as the right angle plugs, its printed on the top side of the angle plug as shown below........

Directions :
On the map, locate Digital Mall and Millennium Square, they are not far from each other and you can find your way to the shop. Its actually the road is at the back of the old Jaya Supermarket which is Jalan Dato Jamil Rias 15 (at the moment the road is blocked off due to the work at the old Jaya Supermarket). So you need to get around it and join back the road at the back and head on further and Millennium Square is on the left. You'll see a 24 hours mini market " OK 24 ". Turn left there, the entrance to the car park is at the end of the Millennium building on the right hand side.
